For the past 15 years, hundreds of caring and community-minded individuals have joined together to help improve the lives of a few of our less fortunate neighbors. Donning work clothes and grabbing hammers, paintbrushes, crowbars and assorted other tools, our volunteers descend on homes across the greater Belgrade/Bozeman/Four Corners/Gallatin Gateway area to complete projects ranging from window replacement to new decks and stairs. The projects improve health, safety, energy efficiency, and quality of life for our recipients.
In 2020, to eliminate the chance of spreading the COVID-19 virus, Rotarians and our Adopter Partners shifted to fixing leaky roofs instead, starting another service called ‘Roof Over Your Head’. Starting in 2022, we returned to in-home repairs though we still help with roofing issues on some projects on a more limited basis.
The 2024 Fix-Up Festival will take place on Saturday September 21.
Applications for 2024 consideration are now being accepted. Our deadline has been extended. Please submit no later than April 15th, 2024.
